CVMA Fall Seminar 2022 Information: September 30-October 2, 2022

CVMA’s 2022 Fall Seminar will be held at the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel in Palm Springs, California. Start your days by earning CE in morning sessions and spend your afternoons shopping, hiking, golfing, or relaxing by the pool.

 

Not able to travel? CVMA will be offering this seminar in a live and interactive virtual format for registrants unable to attend in-person*.

 

Veterinarians can earn 12 CE units, RVTs and CVMA CVAs can earn 8 CE units. Join us for learning, networking, and relaxation!

Health and Safety Protocols

By registering for the CVMA’s Fall Seminar, I acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and its variants, and that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present and interacting, including at this year’s CVMA Fall Seminar in Palm Springs, California. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 during or after the Fall Seminar may result from the actions or inactions of attendees, their families and/or colleagues, CVMA staff, or anyone else with whom they may have contact. 

I acknowledge that the CVMA’s goal is to ensure a safe meeting environment. As such, I agree to comply with any prevention or safety measures that the CVMA, the venue, and relevant local or state health authorities have in place during the Fall Seminar. I also agree not to attend the seminar if I become ill, am aware that I have been directly exposed to the COVID-19 virus within two weeks prior to the Fall Seminar, or exhibit any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus prior to or during the Fall Seminar.

Liability Waiver & Release

By attending the 2022 Fall Seminar, I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 at the Fall Seminar and I hereby release, waive and forever discharge any and all COVID-19 related liability, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature against the California Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) and its sponsors, staff, directors, officers, volunteers and agents, existing in law or in equity, to the fullest extend permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the released parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out-of-pocket expenses, or loss or damage to property, which I, my heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives, may have or which may hereinafter accrue on my behalf, which arise from my attendance at the Fall Seminar.

SEMINAR CANCELLATION /REFUND POLICY:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted either by fax, email or regular mail no later than September 2, 2022, to receive a full refund, less 10% administration fee.
