Not able to travel? CVMA will be offering this seminar in a live and interactive virtual format for registrants unable to attend in-person*.

I also agree not to attend the seminar if I become ill, am aware that I have been directly exposed to the COVID-19 virus within two weeks prior to the Fall Seminar, or exhibit any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus prior to or during the Fall Seminar.
By attending the 2022 Fall Seminar, I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 at the Fall Seminar and I hereby release, waive and forever discharge any and all COVID-19 related liability, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature against the California Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) and its sponsors, staff, directors, officers, volunteers and agents, existing in law or in equity, to the fullest extend permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the released parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out-of-pocket expenses, or loss or damage to property, which I, my heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives, may have or which may hereinafter accrue on my behalf, which arise from my attendance at the Fall Seminar.
