Registration for this event closes on May 3 for the May 6 offering, and May 5 for the May 8 offering.

This course qualifies for interactive learning CE.

  • Each paid attendee will receive a CE certificate.
  • Attendee confirmation and handouts will be emailed the week prior to the scheduled conference date and login information will be emailed two days before the scheduled conference date. It is the responsibility of the registered attendee to contact the CVMA by email at staff@cvma.net or phone 800.655.2862 if login information is not received.

The CVMA reserves the right to cancel this event due to low registration. Should this occur, registration fees will be refunded in full. 

 

The CVMA reserves the right to combine this webinar’s two dates into one offering, in which case attendees originally registered for the cancelled webinar will have the option to switch to the new date and time, OR receive a full refund. 

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted by email no later than May 3 for the May 6 date, or May 5 for the May 8 date to receive a full refund, less 10% administration fee. No refunds for cancellations or registrations received after the above cancellation dates.
