Cal/OSHA Resources

The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health, better known as Cal/OSHA, protects workers from health and safety hazards on the job in almost every workplace in California through its research and standards, enforcement, and consultation programs. Employers are required to comply with all OSHA laws and regulations which include a written safety plan, workplace postings and employee handouts, and an active an ongoing workplace safety program that includes routine workplace inspections, training, and a system to address workplace hazards.
