Online Seminar: Help with Yelp and Other Social Media Sites
CVMA Online Seminars are convenient interactive presentations offering CEUs held online in real time. This learning platform allows you to participate from anywhere with internet access—from your practice, your home, on a business trip, or on vacation. Attending is as easy as a few mouse clicks. You will only need internet access and either an audio headset or a telephone.
Daniel Baxter will discuss best practices for dealing with negative social media reviews, the problems that can be faced from unartfully responding, and how you should respond if you absolutely, positively, feel the need to do so.

Mr. Baxter is a partner at the Sacramento law firm of Wilke, Fleury, Hoffelt, Gould & Birney, LLP. His practice focuses primarily on complex business litigation and trial work before state and federal courts. Mr. Baxter has represented the CVMA in various matters over the years, and has assisted in the CVMA’s efforts to prevent municipal interference with the practice of veterinary medicine.

This course qualifies for 1.5 hours of interactive learning. Each paid registrant will be allowed access via one phone line and one log-in and will receive a certificate upon completion. When you register, a URL will be sent to the registered attendee email with login information on how to begin the webinar. CVMA reserves the right to invoice those individuals and/or organizations that are logged in or connected from telephone numbers that don’t correspond to a paid registration.

All registrations must be received the day before the online seminar in order to participate.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted by fax, email, or regular mail no later than seven (7) days before the seminar to receive a full refund, less a 10 percent administration fee.
