Summer Work Experience Program

Get Involved with the Summer Work Experience Program! Practice owners can give second- and third-year veterinary students from Western University and UC Davis the opportunity to work in their veterinary practices, thanks to the CVMA’s Summer Work Experience Program (SWEP). Now is the time to make arrangements because the deadline is January 16, 2017.

These students are our future veterinarians! This is your chance to provide training in practice to students who are well-trained in theory. Some say this is when their real education begins. So get involved with SWEP and add some youthful enthusiasm to your practice this summer!

For more information, call Laura Phillips at the CVMA at 916.649.0599 or e-mail her at lphillips@cvma.net.
