The CVMA reserves the right to cancel this event due to low registration. Should this occur, registration fees will be refunded in full. The CVMA reserves the right to combine this webinar’s two dates into one offering, in which case attendees originally registered for the cancelled webinar will have the option to switch to the new date and time, OR receive a full refund.
All cancellation requests must be no later than December 15, 2026 for the January 22, 2026 offering, or December 20, 2026 for the January 27, 2026 offering to receive a full refund, less 10% administration fee. No refunds for cancellations or registrations received after the above cancellation dates.
To cancel your registration, log in to your profile. Click on Events, which will show you all the events you’re registered for. Then select Details next to the event you’re wishing to cancel. Click Cancel Registration. The system will automatically cancel your registration and refund your registration to the original payment method, less the appropriate admin fee.
