By registering for the CVMA Fall Seminar, the attendee agrees to the following terms and conditions. The CVMA reserves the right to cancel this event due to low registration. Should this occur, registration fees will be refunded in full. In the event of dangerous weather or natural disaster, the CVMA reserves the right to either cancel or switch over to a fully virtual, live and interactive version of this event.
All cancellation requests must be made by the dates below. To cancel your registration, log in to your profile. Click on Events, which will show you all the events you’re registered for. Then select Details next to the event you’re wishing to cancel. Click Cancel Registration. The system will automatically cancel your registration and refund your registration to the original payment method, less the appropriate admin fee.
Cancel by September 16, 2026
You’ll receive a refund, minus a 15% administrative fee.
Cancel between September 17 and September 30, 2026
You’ll receive a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee.
Cancel after September 30, 2026
We’re sorry, but we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations made after this date.
Registration and attendance at or participation in the CVMA Fall Seminar and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the CVMA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities.
To request a reasonable accommodation (alternate formats, interpreters, or special dietary needs) to participate in this seminar, please submit your request in writing to staff@cvma.net with your specific accommodation needs.
