The CVMA reserves the right to cancel this event due to low registration. Should this occur, registration fees will be refunded in full.
In the event of dangerous weather or natural disaster, the CVMA reserves the right to either cancel or switch over to a fully virtual, live and interactive version of this event.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted by email no later than March 6, 2025 to receive a full refund, less 10% administration fee. No refunds for cancellations or registrations received after the above cancellation dates.
