CVMA Member Survey—We Want to Hear from You

On April 3, CVMA members will receive an email invitation to participate in our annual Member Survey. We encourage you to take 3-5 minutes to share feedback that directly shapes the benefits and services we provide. Participants who provide their contact information at the end of the survey will be eligible to win a $250 VISA gift card. The deadline to complete the survey is May 1, 2026.
